  1. Kia ora Preston!

My name is Mikey. I'm a member of this years Summer Learning Journey team and I'll be commenting on some of your wonderful blog post over the summer. It's so great to see that you've made a start on the teaser week activities - well done! :)

You've included some really interesting facts about Lorde in your post, Preston. One of the other blog commenters in the Summer Learning Journey team used to go to school with her here in Auckland. How cool is that?! Are you a fan of her music? Which of her songs would be your favourite?

You've chosen a great font size - it makes it very easy for people to read what you've written. Maybe next time you could add a bit of colour or create a poster to share the information; something that really engages the reader and makes your post stand out. Just an idea. :)

Congratulations again on completing your first teaser week task! Remember that the programme officially begins next Monday (December 16th), so be sure to check out the Week 1 activities on the website then. In the meantime, keep going with the teaser week activities - I can't wait to read more! :)

    Blog ya later!

    Mikey
